Amana Living is one of Western Australia’s largest providers of residential aged care services. SAFM Solutions were engaged to provide Amana Living with Building Condition Reports for 29 facilities to determine an elemental condition rating for each of the assets.
SAFM Solutions developed a detailed condition rating proforma customised to assess key building criteria including building compliance, building fabric, services and fitout.
A detailed Condition Assessment Report was prepared for each facility as well an overarching Portfolio Summary Report which projected the forward 10-year asset maintenance and capital expenditure profile.
As a result, Amana Living has real asset intelligence data on each of their facilities and a reliable baseline to budget for property maintenance, building compliance upgrades and capital works improvement programs.
