Mick has extensive experience across the higher education, government and private sectors in strategic and operational planning, project delivery, asset and facilities management, business improvement as well as organisational and cultural change.
Mick is highly networked in the higher education sector, having previously worked for more than 14 years in Director level roles at some of Australia's leading universities including the University of Melbourne, the Australian National University and the University of Western Sydney.
He has a direct understanding of the pressures of managing large and diverse asset portfolios, divergent organisational asset management capabilities and the budgetary pressures of asset maintenance. Our business and service offering are framed around solving these complex problems.
